Ncdc announces 403 new cases as nigeria surpasses 16k mark

According to the latest update from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), there has been a significant increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in the country. As of today, Nigeria has surpassed the 16,000 mark, with a total of 16,484 confirmed cases.

The NCDC has announced 403 new cases, bringing the total number of cases to 16,484. This is a significant increase from the previous day's total of 15,081 cases.

The NCDC has also reported 36 new deaths, bringing the total number of fatalities to 394. The number of recoveries has increased to 8,344, with 7,746 active cases still being managed in isolation centers across the country.
