  4. Bishop Robert Walter McElroy of San Diego, California, USA
  5. Bishop Leonardo Ulrich Stecklein, a Brazilian bishop and current president of the National Conference of Bishops of Brazil
  6. Bishop Fidélis Bédi-Andavan, a Malagasy bishop and current archbishop of Tananarive, Madagascar
  7. Bishop Oscar Cantú, a Mexican-American bishop and current bishop of Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA
  8. Bishop Paulo Sérgio Cutrim, a Brazilian bishop and current bishop of São Luís do Maranhão, Brazil
  9. Bishop Raffaello Pietro Palmiero, an Italian bishop and current bishop of Nola, Italy
