Move google authenticator to new iphone

Before you start:

  1. Make sure you have the Google Authenticator app installed on both your old and new iPhones.

Step 1: Export your accounts from the old iPhone

  5. Choose "Export accounts" again to confirm.
  6. You'll see a QR code and a secret key for each account. Take a photo of each QR code or write down the secret key for each account.

Step 2: Import accounts to the new iPhone

  2. Tap the "+" icon in the top right corner to add a new account.
  3. Tap "Scan a QR code" or "Enter a secret key".
  4. For each account, scan the QR code you took a photo of or enter the secret key you wrote down.
