Latest Draw Results:

• MPNP Draw #123 (February 24, 2023): 444 invitations issued to Skilled Workers in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas, and International Education Stream candidates.
• MPNP Draw #122 (February 17, 2023): 444 invitations issued to Skilled Workers in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas, and International Education Stream candidates.

Changes to MPNP Streams:

• Effective February 1, 2023, the MPNP has introduced a new "Skilled Worker in Manitoba - International Student Stream" category, which allows international students who have completed their education in Manitoba to apply for permanent residency.
• The MPNP has also updated its "Skilled Worker in Manitoba - Skilled Worker with a Job Offer" category to require a minimum language proficiency of CLB 7 in English or French.

MPNP Language Requirements:

• The MPNP requires applicants to demonstrate a minimum language proficiency of CLB 7 in English or French, unless they are applying under the International Education Stream.

MPNP Education Requirements:

• The MPNP requires applicants to have a minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent, unless they are applying under the International Education Stream.
