1. Ander Herrera - Midfielder from Athletic Bilbao (Signed on June 26, 2014)
2. Luke Shaw - Left-back from Southampton (Signed on June 27, 2014)
3. Marcos Rojo - Defender from Sporting CP (Signed on August 13, 2014)
4. Radamel Falcao - Striker from AS Monaco (Signed on August 27, 2014, on a season-long loan deal)

These signings were made by then-manager Louis van Gaal, who took over the team in May 2014.
