Lagos state new salary structure

The Lagos State Government has introduced a new salary structure for its employees, which took effect from January 2022. The new structure is designed to improve the welfare of workers and align with the current economic realities.

The new structure has 17 grade levels, with the following salary scales:

  1. Grade Level 01: N30,000 - N40,000 per month
  2. Grade Level 02: N40,000 - N50,000 per month
  3. Grade Level 03: N50,000 - N60,000 per month
  4. Grade Level 04: N60,000 - N70,000 per month
  5. Grade Level 05: N70,000 - N80,000 per month
  6. Grade Level 06: N80,000 - N90,000 per month
  7. Grade Level 07: N90,000 - N100,000 per month
  8. Grade Level 08: N100,000 - N110,000 per month
  9. Grade Level 09: N110,000 - N120,000 per month
  10. Grade Level 10: N120,000 - N130,000 per month
  11. Grade Level 11: N130,000 - N140,000 per month
  12. Grade Level 12: N140,000 - N150,000 per month
  13. Grade Level 13: N150,000 - N160,000 per month
