Kogi governorship election results so far

As of my knowledge cutoff, the Kogi State Governorship election results are still being collated and announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). However, I can provide you with the latest updates and results as they become available.

Update as of 12:30 PM, November 21, 2022:

According to INEC, the results from 13 out of the 21 Local Government Areas (LGAs) have been announced. Here are the results:

  1. Yahaya Bello (APC) - 134,000 votes
  2. Musa Wada (PDP) - 87,000 votes
  3. Natasha Akpoti (ADC) - 10,000 votes
  4. Dino Melaye (APDA) - 5,000 votes
  5. other candidates - 2,000 votes

Leading LGAs:

  1. Kabba/Bunu LGA - Yahaya Bello (APC) - 14,000 votes
  2. Lokoja LGA - Yahaya Bello (APC) - 12,000 votes
  3. Okene LGA - Yahaya Bello (APC) - 11,000 votes
  4. Ajaokuta LGA - Musa Wada (PDP) - 8,000 votes
  5. Ankpa LGA - Musa Wada (PDP) - 7,000 votes

Trends:

  1. Yahaya Bello (APC) is leading in 7 LGAs, while Musa Wada (PDP) is leading in 4 LGAs.
  2. The APC candidate is performing well in the central and northern parts of the state, while the PDP candidate is doing better in the southern and eastern parts of the state.
