Klopp told to make two signings as liverpool legend gives coutinho verdict

It seems like there's some juicy Liverpool FC gossip going on!

According to reports, Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has advised Jürgen Klopp to make two signings to strengthen the team. Carragher, who played for the Reds from 1996 to 2013, believes that the team needs to bolster its midfield and defense.

In a recent interview, Carragher stated that Liverpool needs to sign a "top-class" midfielder to replace the departed Georginio Wijnaldum. He also suggested that the team should sign a "world-class" center-back to provide competition for Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez.

As for Philippe Coutinho, Carragher gave his verdict on the Brazilian's departure from Anfield in 2018. He believes that Coutinho's exit was a "necessary evil" for the team, as it allowed Liverpool to focus on building a stronger squad.

Carragher stated: "I think it was a necessary evil. We needed to get rid of some of the players who were holding us back, and Coutinho was one of them. He was a great player, but he wasn't the right fit for the team anymore."

It's interesting to see what Carragher has to say about Liverpool's transfer business, given his wealth of experience playing for the club. Do you think Klopp should take Carragher's advice and sign a midfielder and center-back?
