Kaduna state new minimum wage

As of 2022, the new minimum wage in Kaduna State, Nigeria is N30,000 (Thirty Thousand Naira) per month. This was announced by the Kaduna State Government in 2020 as part of its efforts to improve the welfare of its workers.

The new minimum wage was implemented in May 2020, and it applies to all categories of workers in the state, including civil servants, teachers, and healthcare workers. The increase in the minimum wage is expected to improve the standard of living of workers in the state and help to reduce poverty.

It's worth noting that the new minimum wage in Kaduna State is higher than the national minimum wage of N30,000, which was implemented by the Federal Government in 2019. The national minimum wage applies to all workers in Nigeria, while the state minimum wage applies specifically to workers in Kaduna State.
