Insert new line in excel

There are a few ways to insert a new line in Excel:

  1. Press Enter: You can simply press the Enter key to insert a new line in a cell. This will move the cursor to the next line and create a new line break.
  2. Use the "Shift + Enter" shortcut: Pressing Shift + Enter will also insert a new line in a cell.

Note: If you want to insert a new line in a cell that is already at the bottom of the worksheet, you can use the "Ctrl + Shift + Enter" shortcut or the "Insert" menu method.
