To open a new user account in Windows 10, follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Settings App
- Click on the Start button and select the Settings icon (it looks like a gear).
- Click on "Accounts" from the Settings menu.
- Click on "Family & other users" from the left menu.
- Click on "Add someone else to this PC" at the bottom of the window.
- Click on "I don't have this person's sign-in information" and then click on "Add a new user".
- Enter the new user's name, email address, and password, and then click "Next".
- Choose the account type (Local account or Microsoft account) and click "Finish".
Method 2: Using the Control Panel
- Click on the Start button and type "Control Panel" in the search bar.
- Click on "Control Panel" from the search results.
- Click on "User Accounts" from the Control Panel menu.
- Click on "Manage another account" and then click on "Create a new account".
- Enter the new user's name, email address, and password, and then click "Next".
- Choose the account type (Local account or Microsoft account) and click "Finish".
Method 3: Using the Command Prompt
