- Make sure iCloud Backup is enabled and your contacts are set to backup.
- On your new iPhone, go to the Settings app.

- Tap "Restore Backup" and select the backup from your old iPhone.
- Follow the prompts to restore your contacts.
Samsung (Android):
- On your old Samsung phone, go to the Contacts app.
- Tap the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the contact list and select "Export".
- Choose the format (e.g., CSV, VCF) and select "Export".
- On your new Samsung phone, go to the Contacts app.
- Tap the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the contact list and select "Import".
- Select the exported file and follow the prompts to import your contacts.
Other contact management systems:
- For other contact management systems like Outlook, Yahoo, or AOL, you may need to export your contacts as a CSV file and then import them into your new phone's contact app.
- For some phones, you may need to use a third-party app to transfer your contacts.
Additional tips:
- Make sure your new phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your old phone to ensure a smooth transfer process.
- If you're using a cloud-based contact management system, ensure that your contacts are synced across all your devices before transferring them to your new phone.
- If you're transferring contacts from an old phone to a new phone with a different operating system (e.g., from Android to iOS), you may need to use a third-party app or service to transfer your contacts.
Remember to always back up your contacts regularly to prevent data loss in case your phone is lost, stolen, or damaged.
