Method 1: Delete Instagram account from the app

1. Open the Instagram app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the profile icon (represented by a person) in the bottom right corner of the screen.
3. Tap the three horizontal lines (Settings) in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Scroll down and tap "Help" or "Help Center".
5. Tap "Manage Your Account" and then "Delete Your Account".
6. Enter your password to confirm.
7. Choose a reason for deleting your account from the dropdown menu.
8. Tap "Permanently delete my account" to confirm.

Method 2: Delete Instagram account from the website

1. Go to the Instagram website (www.instagram.com) on your computer or mobile device.
