To create a new local user account in Windows 10, follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Settings app
- Go to the Start menu and click on the gear icon to open the Settings app.
- Click on "Accounts" (or "Family & other users" in older versions of Windows 10).
- Click on "Family & other users" (or "Other users" in older versions of Windows 10).
- Click on "Add someone else to this PC".
- Click on "I don't have this person's sign-in information".
- Click on "Add a new user" and follow the prompts to create a new user account.
Method 2: Using the Control Panel
- Press the Windows key + X and select "Control Panel" from the menu.
