Method 1: Create a new group from the Chats screen

1. Open WhatsApp and go to the Chats screen.
2. Tap the "New group" button, which looks like a pencil icon.
3. Enter a name for your group in the "Group name" field.
4. Add participants to the group by searching for their names or phone numbers and tapping the "Add" button.
5. You can also add participants by selecting them from your contacts list.
6. Tap the "Create" button to create the group.

Method 2: Create a new group from a conversation

1. Open WhatsApp and go to a conversation with the people you want to add to the new group.
2. Tap the "Group chat" button, which looks like a phone icon with a group of people.
3. Tap "New group" from the menu.
4. Enter a name for your group in the "Group name" field.
