To add a new story on Instagram, follow these steps:

Using the Instagram App:

1. Open the Instagram app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the "+" icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Select "Story" from the menu.
4. Choose a photo or video from your camera roll, or take a new one by tapping the camera icon.
5. Edit your photo or video by using the various filters, effects, and text tools available.

7. Tap the "Send To" icon to choose who you want to share your story with. You can choose to share it with all your followers, specific friends, or a custom list.
