How to add a new contact in whatsapp group

To add a new contact to a WhatsApp group, follow these steps:

Method 1: Add a new contact using the group chat

  1. Open WhatsApp and go to the group chat where you want to add the new contact.
  2. Tap the group name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap the "Group info" button (represented by an "i" icon).
  4. Tap the "Add participant" button.
  5. Select the contact you want to add from your phone's contact list or enter their phone number manually.
  6. Tap "Add" to add the contact to the group.

Method 2: Add a new contact using the "New Group" feature

  1. Open WhatsApp and go to the "Chats" tab.
  2. Tap the "New group" button (represented by a "+" icon).
  3. Enter the name of the group and add the new contact to the group by selecting them from your phone's contact list or entering their phone number manually.
