To like a story on Instagram, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Instagram app and navigate to the profile of the user who posted the story.
2. Tap on the story to open it.
3. Swipe up or tap the "..." icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
4. Tap the "Like" button, which is represented by a heart icon.
5. You can also add a comment to the story by tapping the "Comment" button, which is represented by a speech bubble icon.

Alternatively, you can also like a story from the Instagram feed:
