Game of thrones new season release date

I'm afraid I have some disappointing news for you...

There is no new season of Game of Thrones. The show concluded with its eighth and final season in May 2019. The final episode, "The Iron Throne," aired on May 19, 2019.

However, HBO has announced several spin-off projects set in the Game of Thrones universe, including:

1. House of the Dragon: A prequel series set 300 years before the events of Game of Thrones, which premiered on August 21, 2022.
2. Bloodmoon: A spin-off series set in the same universe, but with a different storyline and characters, which is currently in production.
3. The Long Night: A potential spin-off series set during the Great War, which is still in development.

While these spin-offs will continue to explore the world of Westeros, they will not be a direct continuation of the original Game of Thrones series.

So, unfortunately, there is no new season of Game of Thrones to look forward to, but there are exciting new projects on the horizon!
