"Play ball, five!" is a famous phrase made famous by the late, great Vin Scully, the legendary play-by-play announcer for the Brooklyn Dodgers and Los Angeles Dodgers. He would often exclaim "It's time for Dodger baseball! Play ball!" before the start of each game.

Fox News, on the other hand, is a conservative-leaning American cable news channel. I'm not aware of any connection between Fox News and the phrase "Play ball, five!" Could you be thinking of something else?
