The current Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is Christopher Wray. He was appointed as the eighth Director of the FBI on June 8, 2017, and has been serving in that position since then.
Prior to his appointment as FBI Director, Wray was a partner at the law firm King & Spalding, where he focused on white-collar crime and government investigations.
