Excel create new tab shortcut
To create a new tab in Excel, you can use the following shortcut:
Windows:
- Press
Ctrl + Tab
to create a new tab.
Mac:
- Press
Cmd + Tab
to create a new tab.
Alternatively, you can also use the following methods:
- Right-click on the tab bar and select "Insert Tab" from the context menu.
- Go to the "Home" tab in the ribbon and click on the "New Tab" button in the "Tabs" group.
- Press
Alt + F11
to open the Visual Basic Editor, then click on "Insert" > "Tab" to create a new tab.
Note: If you want to create a new worksheet (not a new tab), you can use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + T
(Windows) or Cmd + Shift + T
(Mac).
