Method 1: Online Registration Renewal

4. Fill in the required information, including your name, date of birth, and national ID number.
5. Upload a copy of your national ID card or passport.
6. Review and confirm your details.
7. Pay the registration fee using your debit card or mobile money.

Method 2: USSD Registration Renewal

1. Dial *343# from your Etisalat line.
2. Follow the prompts to select "Registration Renewal".
3. Enter your national ID number and date of birth.
4. Confirm your details and pay the registration fee using your debit card or mobile money.

Method 3: Visit an Etisalat Store

1. Visit any Etisalat store near you.
2. Inform the customer service representative that you want to renew your registration.
3. Provide your national ID card or passport as proof of identity.
4. Fill in the registration form and provide the required information.
5. Pay the registration fee using your debit card or mobile money.
