Ethiopian airlines new routes
Ethiopian Airlines has been expanding its route network in recent years, and here are some of the new routes they have announced or launched:
- Addis Ababa - Bangkok (Thailand): Launched in November 2020, this route marks Ethiopian Airlines' entry into the Thai market.
- Addis Ababa - Barcelona (Spain): Launched in June 2020, this route connects Addis Ababa with Barcelona's El Prat Airport.
- Addis Ababa - Cape Town (South Africa): Launched in October 2020, this route connects Addis Ababa with Cape Town International Airport.
- Addis Ababa - Chicago (USA): Launched in December 2020, this route marks Ethiopian Airlines' entry into the US market, with Chicago's O'Hare International Airport as its first US destination.
- Addis Ababa - Dubai (UAE): Launched in October 2020, this route connects Addis Ababa with Dubai International Airport.
- Addis Ababa - Guangzhou (China): Launched in November 2020, this route connects Addis Ababa with Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
- Addis Ababa - Istanbul (Turkey): Launched in October 2020, this route connects Addis Ababa with Istanbul Airport.
- Addis Ababa - Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia): Launched in November 2020, this route connects Addis Ababa with Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

- Addis Ababa - Madrid (Spain): Launched in June 2020, this route connects Addis Ababa with Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport.
- Addis Ababa - Miami (USA): Launched in December 2020, this route marks Ethiopian Airlines' second US destination, with Miami International Airport as its second US hub.
- Addis Ababa - Mumbai (India): Launched in October 2020, this route connects Addis Ababa with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
- Addis Ababa - Paris (France): Launched in October 2020, this route connects Addis Ababa with Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
- Addis Ababa - Rome (Italy): Launched in June 2020, this route connects Addis Ababa with Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport.
