  1. Type chrome://flags in the address bar and press Enter.
  2. Search for "Enable Material Design" in the search bar.
  3. Click on the dropdown menu next to "Enable Material Design" and select "Enabled".
  4. Restart Chrome by clicking on the "Relaunch" button at the bottom of the page.

Method 2: Enable the new UI through Chrome settings

  1. Click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the Chrome browser window.
  2. Click on "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll down to the "Appearance" section.
  4. Click on the "Theme" dropdown menu and select "Material Design".
  5. Click on the "Relaunch" button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.

Method 3: Enable the new UI through a Chrome extension

  1. Search for the "Material Design" extension in the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Install the extension by clicking on the "Add to Chrome" button.
  3. Click on the extension's icon in the top right corner of the Chrome browser window.
  4. Enable the extension by clicking on the toggle button.

After enabling the new Chrome UI, you should see the updated design, including the new tab design, toolbar, and other visual changes.

Note: The new Chrome UI is still experimental, and some features might not work as expected. If you encounter any issues, you can always revert to the classic Chrome UI by disabling the flag or extension.
