Ecobank new md

You're referring to the new Managing Director (MD) of Ecobank!

As of my knowledge cutoff, the new Managing Director of Ecobank is Ade Ayeyemi. He took over the role in January 2022, succeeding Ayo Obe, who had been the bank's MD since 2018.

Ade Ayeyemi has a rich banking experience, having worked with Ecobank for over 20 years. He has held various leadership positions within the bank, including Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Consumer Banking.

Under his leadership, Ecobank aims to continue its growth and expansion strategy, focusing on digital transformation, customer-centricity, and sustainable banking practices.
