Dua for new born baby health
Here are some beautiful Duas (prayers) for the health and well-being of a newborn baby:
For the baby's overall health and protection:
"Alhamdu lillahi rabbil 'alamin, was-salatu was-salamu 'ala Rasulillah. Allahumma innee as'aluka khair al-waladi wa khair al-hal wa khair al-afiyati, wa a'udhu bika min sharri al-waladi wa sharri al-hal wa sharri al-afiyati. (Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, I ask You for the best of the child, the best of the circumstances, and the best of health, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of the child, the evil of the circumstances, and the evil of health.)"
For the baby's physical and spiritual growth:
"Allahumma innee as'aluka khair al-waladi wa khair al-hal wa khair al-afiyati, wa a'udhu bika min sharri al-waladi wa sharri al-hal wa sharri al-afiyati. Allahumma innee as'aluka an yahdiya khair al-hal wa khair al-afiyati, wa an yaj'alhu min khair al-ibadi. (O Allah, I ask You for the best of the child, the best of the circumstances, and the best of health, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of the child, the evil of the circumstances, and the evil of health. O Allah, I ask You to guide him to the best of circumstances and the best of health, and to make him one of the best of Your servants.)"
For the baby's protection from harm and evil:
"Allahumma innee as'aluka an yasturru 'alayhi al-shaytan wa an yaj'alhu min khair al-ibadi. Allahumma innee as'aluka an yahdiya khair al-hal wa khair al-afiyati, wa an yaj'alhu min khair al-ibadi. (O Allah, I ask You to keep the devil away from him and to make him one of the best of Your servants. O Allah, I ask You to guide him to the best of circumstances and the best of health, and to make him one of the best of Your servants.)"
For the baby's spiritual development and guidance:
"Allahumma innee as'aluka an yahdiya khair al-hal wa khair al-afiyati, wa an yaj'alhu min khair al-ibadi. Allahumma innee as'aluka an yaj'alhu 'abdan mukhlisan li-Allahi, wa an yaj'alhu min khair al-ibadi. (O Allah, I ask You to guide him to the best of circumstances and the best of health, and to make him one of the best of Your servants. O Allah, I ask You to make him a sincere servant to You, and to make him one of the best of Your servants.)"
