That's not accurate. "One Dance" by Drake, featuring WizKid and Kyla, actually reached number one on the UK Singles Chart in 2016, not "In My Feelings".

"In My Feelings" by Drake did, however, reach number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2018, and it also reached number one on the UK Singles Chart, but it was in 2018, not in 2016 when "One Dance" reached number one.
