Directory opus create new notepad

Directory Opus is a file manager for Windows that is known for its powerful features and customization options. To create a new Notepad file in Directory Opus, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Directory Opus and navigate to the folder where you want to create the new file.
  2. Press the "F5" key or click on the "File" menu and select "New" (or use the shortcut "Ctrl+N").
  3. In the "New" dialog box, select "Text file" as the file type.
  4. Choose a name for your new file and select a location to save it.
  5. Click "Save" to create the new file.

Alternatively, you can also use the "New" button in the Directory Opus toolbar to create a new file. To do this:

  1. Open Directory Opus and navigate to the folder where you want to create the new file.
  2. Click on the "New" button in the toolbar (it looks like a blank sheet of paper).
  3. In the "New" dialog box, select "Text file" as the file type.
  4. Choose a name for your new file and select a location to save it.
  5. Click "Save" to create the new file.

Once you've created the new file, you can open it in Notepad by double-clicking on it or by right-clicking on it and selecting "Edit" (or use the shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+E").
