Deboer foundation on a search for a new executive director
The DeBoer Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides support and resources to individuals and families affected by cancer. The foundation is currently searching for a new Executive Director to lead their organization.
As the Executive Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the foundation, including managing a team of staff and volunteers, developing and implementing programs and services, and building relationships with donors and partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-profit management, a passion for the mission of the DeBoer Foundation, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Some of the key responsibilities of the Executive Director will include:
- Developing and implementing the foundation's strategic plan and goals
- Managing a team of staff and volunteers to achieve the foundation's objectives

- Developing and managing the foundation's budget and financial resources
