David's new friends
Let's create a story about David's new friends.
David had just moved to a new town with his family. He was excited to start at a new school, but he was also a little nervous. He didn't know anyone in his class, and he was worried that he would be the only new kid.
On his first day of school, David sat alone at lunchtime, eating his sandwich and trying to look like he didn't care. But as he was about to give up hope, he saw two kids sitting across from him, laughing and chatting. They looked like they were having a great time, and David couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy.
Just as he was about to get up and leave, one of the kids looked up and caught his eye. It was a boy with messy brown hair and a big smile. He waved at David, and David felt a surge of excitement.
"Hey, I'm Max," the boy said, getting up from his seat. "And this is my friend, Emma."
David introduced himself, and the three of them started talking. Max and Emma were both in his class, and they told him all about their favorite subjects and hobbies. David was amazed at how much they had in common, and before he knew it, the bell rang, signaling the end of lunch.
As they walked to their next class, Max turned to David and said, "Hey, do you want to sit with us at lunch tomorrow?"
David's heart skipped a beat. He had never been asked to sit with someone new before, and he felt like he was on cloud nine.
"Absolutely," he said, grinning from ear to ear.
From that day on, David, Max, and Emma were inseparable. They sat together at lunch, partnered up for projects, and even started a book club together. David had never felt so accepted and included in his life.
As the weeks went by, David realized that he had found not one, but two amazing friends in Max and Emma. They were kind, funny, and always there for him, no matter what.
And David knew that he would never forget the day that he met his new friends, Max and Emma.
