Create new outlook profile 2016
Here are the steps to create a new Outlook profile in Outlook 2016:
Method 1: Create a new profile using the Outlook Profile Manager
- Open Outlook 2016.
- Click on the "File" tab in the top left corner of the Outlook window.
- Click on "Office Account" in the left sidebar.
- Click on "Manage Profiles" in the right sidebar.
- Click on "Show Profiles" to open the Outlook Profile Manager.
- Click on "Add" to create a new profile.
- Enter a name for your new profile in the "Profile name" field.
- Click "OK" to create the new profile.
Method 2: Create a new profile using the Control Panel
- Open the Control Panel on your computer.
- Click on "User Accounts" or "User Accounts and Family Safety" (depending on your version of Windows).
- Click on "Manage another account" or "Add a new user account".
- Click on "Create a new user account" or "Add a new user".
- Enter a name for your new profile in the "User name" field.
- Click "Next" to continue.
- Select "Outlook" as the email client.
- Click "Finish" to create the new profile.
Method 3: Create a new profile using the Outlook setup wizard
- Open Outlook 2016.
- Click on the "File" tab in the top left corner of the Outlook window.
