Create new jamb profile

Here's a step-by-step guide to creating a new JAMB profile:

Step 1: Go to the JAMB Website

Open a web browser and navigate to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) website at www.jamb.gov.ng.

Step 2: Click on "Create New Profile"

On the JAMB website, click on the "Create New Profile" button located at the top right corner of the page.

Step 3: Fill in Your Personal Details

Fill in your personal details, including:

• Your surname
• First name
• Middle name
• Date of birth
• State of origin
• Local government area
• Nationality
• Email address
• Phone number

Step 4: Create a Password

Create a strong password for your JAMB profile. Make sure it is at least 8 characters long and contains a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Step 5: Confirm Your Password

Confirm your password by re-entering it in the "Confirm Password" field.

Step 6: Fill in Your UTME Details (if applicable)

If you are creating a profile for UTME registration, fill in your UTME details, including:

• Your JAMB registration number (if you have one)
• Your UTME subject combination
• Your choice of institutions and courses

Step 7: Review and Submit Your Profile

Review your profile details carefully to ensure they are accurate. If everything is correct, click the "Submit" button to create your JAMB profile.

Step 8: Print Your Profile

After submitting your profile, you will be prompted to print your profile. Make sure to print a copy of your profile for future reference.
