Create new google drive
To create a new Google Drive account, follow these steps:
Method 1: Create a new Google account
- Go to the Google Account sign-up page: accounts.google.com
- Click on "Create account"
- Fill out the required information, including your name, email address, and password
- Click on "Next"
- Fill out the security information, including your recovery email and phone number
- Click on "Next"
- Review the terms of service and click on "I agree"
- Click on "Create account"
- You will be taken to your new Google account dashboard
- Click on the "Drive" icon in the top navigation bar to access your new Google Drive account
Method 2: Create a new Google Drive account using an existing Google account
- Go to the Google Drive sign-in page: drive.google.com
- Click on "Sign in"
- Enter your existing Google account email address and password
- Click on "Next"
- Click on "Create new Drive"
- Fill out the required information, including your name and email address
- Click on "Create"
- You will be taken to your new Google Drive account
Tips:
- You can use the same email address for multiple Google accounts, but each account will have its own separate Google Drive storage.
- You can also use a Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) account to create a new Google Drive account.
- If you're creating a new Google account, you'll need to verify your email address by clicking on a link sent to you by Google.
