Create new email from webmail cpanel
Here are the steps to create a new email account from the Webmail interface in cPanel:
Step 1: Log in to cPanel
Open a web browser and navigate to your cPanel URL (e.g. example.com/cpanel
). Log in with your username and password.
Step 2: Click on "Email"
In the cPanel dashboard, click on the "Email" icon.
Step 3: Click on "Create a New Email Account"
In the Email section, click on the "Create a New Email Account" button.
Step 4: Enter Email Account Information
Enter the following information:
- Email: Enter the desired email address (e.g.
[email protected]
). - Password: Enter a strong password for the new email account.
- Password (again): Re-enter the password to confirm.
- Mailbox quota: Choose the mailbox quota (e.g. 100MB, 500MB, etc.).
- Default address: Choose whether to set up the new email account as the default address.
Step 5: Set Up Email Forwarding (Optional)
If you want to forward emails from the new email account to another email address, enter the forwarding email address in the "Forward to" field.
Step 6: Click "Create Account"
Click the "Create Account" button to create the new email account.
Step 7: Access Your New Email Account
You can access your new email account by clicking on the "Email Accounts" button in the cPanel dashboard and then clicking on the "Access Email" button next to the new email account.
Alternatively, you can access your new email account by logging in to Webmail (e.g. webmail.example.com
) and entering your email address and password.
That's it! Your new email account is now set up and ready to use.
