How can kids stay safe?

  2. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, and throw the tissue away immediately.
  3. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  4. Stay at least 6 feet away from anyone who is sick.
  5. Avoid sharing food, drinks, or personal items with others.
  6. Stay home if you're feeling unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19.

What can parents and caregivers do?

  1. Monitor your child's health and seek medical attention if they show symptoms of COVID-19.
  2. Keep your child home if they're feeling unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19.
  3. Practice good hygiene by washing your hands frequently and covering your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
  4. Stay informed about COVID-19 updates and guidelines from trusted sources, such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Nigerian Ministry of Health.
