Cornavirus coachella music festival postponed
I think there may be some confusion here!
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, commonly referred to as Coachella, is a popular music festival held annually in Indio, California. While the COVID-19 pandemic has indeed caused many events and festivals to be postponed or canceled, Coachella has not been postponed due to the coronavirus.
In fact, Coachella has taken place every year since its inception in 1999, with the exception of 2020 when it was canceled due to the pandemic. The festival was scheduled to take place in April 2020, but it was ultimately canceled by the City of Indio and the festival's organizers, Goldenvoice.
However, Coachella returned in 2021 with a two-weekend event in September, with a reduced capacity and strict health and safety protocols in place to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
So, to summarize, Coachella has not been postponed due to the coronavirus, but it was canceled in 2020 and returned in 2021 with safety measures in place.
