Minimum Wage Increase:
- The federal minimum wage will increase to $15 per hour by 2025, with annual increases to account for inflation.
- The minimum wage will increase to:
- $11.50 per hour in 2022
- $12.50 per hour in 2023
- $13.50 per hour in 2024
- $15.00 per hour in 2025
Tipped Employees:
- The tipped minimum wage will increase to 70% of the federal minimum wage, or $10.50 per hour, by 2025.
- Tipped employees will be entitled to the same minimum wage protections as non-tipped employees.
Small Businesses and Seasonal Workers:
- Small businesses with 25 or fewer employees will have an additional two years to comply with the minimum wage increase.

Automatic Adjustments:
