Connecticut new jersey time

Connecticut and New Jersey are both located in the Eastern Time Zone (ET) of the United States. They do not observe daylight saving time (DST) differently, so they are in sync during standard time and DST periods.

In other words, when it's:

• 12:00 PM (noon) ET in Connecticut, it's also 12:00 PM (noon) ET in New Jersey.
• 1:00 AM ET in Connecticut, it's also 1:00 AM ET in New Jersey.
