- If a student withdraws from a program after the start of the semester, they may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of tuition fees based on the number of weeks remaining in the semester.
Withdrawal from a Course

- For students who withdraw from a program or course, the refund schedule is as follows:
- 100% refund if withdrawal occurs before the start of the semester
- 75% refund if withdrawal occurs within the first two weeks of the semester
- 50% refund if withdrawal occurs within the first four weeks of the semester
- 25% refund if withdrawal occurs within the first six weeks of the semester

- Students who are required to withdraw from a program or course due to academic suspension or dismissal may not be eligible for a refund of tuition fees.
Refund Process
- Students who wish to withdraw from a program or course must submit a written request to the Registrar's Office.
- The Registrar's Office will review the request and determine the amount of the refund, if any.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the withdrawal date.
Important Notes
- Refunds are only applicable to tuition fees and do not include other fees such as student union fees, activity fees, or equipment fees.
- Students who receive a refund may be required to return any financial aid or government funding they received for the semester.
- Students who are eligible for a refund may be required to provide documentation to support their withdrawal, such as a doctor's note or a letter from a supervisor.
It's important to note that these refund policies and procedures are subject to change, and students should check with the College of New Caledonia's Registrar's Office for the most up-to-date information.
