Chelsea new stadium capacity
Chelsea Football Club's new stadium, which is currently under construction, will have a capacity of approximately 62,000 seats. The stadium is being built at a site in Fulham, London, and is expected to be completed in 2023.
The new stadium will be a state-of-the-art facility with a range of modern amenities and features, including:
- A larger capacity than Stamford Bridge, Chelsea's current home, which has a capacity of around 41,000 seats
- Improved sightlines and views for fans
- A larger and more modern concourse area
- More food and drink options
- Improved accessibility and facilities for disabled fans
- A larger and more modern media center
The new stadium is being built as part of Chelsea's long-term plan to increase its revenue and competitiveness in the Premier League. The club has invested heavily in the project, which is expected to cost around £500 million.
It's worth noting that the capacity of the new stadium may be subject to change before its opening, depending on various factors such as the design and layout of the stadium, as well as any changes to safety regulations or other factors.
