Ross Barkley is indeed a new signing for Chelsea FC!

Ross Barkley, a 26-year-old English midfielder, joined Chelsea on a permanent transfer from Everton FC in January 2018. He signed a five-and-a-half-year contract with the Blues, reportedly worth £15 million.
