Chelsea FC signed the following players during the 2019-2020 transfer window:

1. Christian Pulisic (Winger) - Signed from Borussia Dortmund for a fee of £58 million on June 20, 2019.
2. Mateo Kovačić (Midfielder) - Signed from Real Madrid for a fee of £40 million on July 5, 2019.
3. Willian Borges da Silva (Winger) - Signed a new contract with Chelsea, extending his stay until 2024 on July 13, 2019.
4. Olivier Giroud (Striker) - Signed from Arsenal for a fee of £18 million on January 31, 2020.
5. Hakim Ziyech (Midfielder) - Signed from Ajax for a fee of £33.3 million on February 3, 2020.
6. Timo Werner (Striker) - Signed from RB Leipzig for a fee of £47.5 million on May 20, 2020.
