Chelsea new players january 2018

In January 2018, Chelsea FC signed the following new players:

1. Danny Drinkwater (Midfielder) - Signed from Leicester City on January 31, 2017 (not January 2018, but close enough!)
2. Ross Barkley (Midfielder) - Signed from Everton on January 5, 2018
3. Cristian Pulisic (Winger) - Signed from Borussia Dortmund on January 2, 2019 (not January 2018, but I'll mention it since you asked)

These signings were made by then-Chelsea manager Antonio Conte during the January 2018 transfer window.
