During the 2015-2016 season, Chelsea FC signed the following new players:

  1. Asmir Begovic (Goalkeeper) - Signed from Stoke City on July 14, 2015
  2. Radamel Falcao (Striker) - Signed on September 2, 2015, on a season-long loan from AS Monaco
  3. Alexandre Pato (Striker) - Signed on August 31, 2015, on a free transfer from Corinthians
  4. Pedro (Winger) - Signed from Barcelona on July 13, 2015, for a reported fee of £21.4 million
  5. Baba Rahman (Left-back) - Signed from Augsburg on July 14, 2015, for a reported fee of £14.4 million
  6. Kenedy (Winger) - Signed from Fluminense on July 14, 2015, for a reported fee of £6.3 million
  7. Matic (Midfielder) - Signed from Benfica on July 13, 2015, for a reported fee of £21.6 million

These players were added to the squad to strengthen the team and provide competition for places, particularly in attack and defense.
