Cesc fabregas eager to sign new chelsea contract

Cesc Fàbregas left Chelsea in January 2019, joining Monaco on a three-and-a-half-year contract. He has since played for AS Monaco and has not been a part of Chelsea's squad since his departure.

Therefore, it's not possible for Cesc Fàbregas to be eager to sign a new contract with Chelsea, as he is no longer a member of the club.
