Bw offshore new projects
Here are some new offshore wind farm projects that are currently in development or under construction:
- Dogger Bank Wind Farm, UK - A 3.6 GW offshore wind farm being developed by SSE Renewables and Equinor, expected to be operational by 2026.
- Hornsea 3, UK - A 1.4 GW offshore wind farm being developed by Ørsted, expected to be operational by 2026.
- Seagreen Alpha, UK - A 1.1 GW offshore wind farm being developed by SSE Renewables and Total, expected to be operational by 2023.
- Walney Extension, UK - A 659 MW offshore wind farm being developed by Ørsted, expected to be operational by 2023.
- Borssele 1&2, Netherlands - A 752 MW offshore wind farm being developed by Ørsted, expected to be operational by 2023.
- Borssele 3&4, Netherlands - A 752 MW offshore wind farm being developed by Ørsted, expected to be operational by 2024.
- Kriegers Flak, Denmark - A 605 MW offshore wind farm being developed by Vattenfall, expected to be operational by 2024.
- Felixstowe, UK - A 1.4 GW offshore wind farm being developed by RWE, expected to be operational by 2026.
- East Anglia Hub, UK - A 3.1 GW offshore wind farm being developed by ScottishPower Renewables, expected to be operational by 2026.
- Côte d'Opale, France - A 500 MW offshore wind farm being developed by EDF Renewables, expected to be operational by 2025.
- Fécamp, France - A 500 MW offshore wind farm being developed by EDF Renewables, expected to be operational by 2025.
- Saint-Nazaire, France - A 480 MW offshore wind farm being developed by EDF Renewables, expected to be operational by 2025.
- Windpark Fryslân, Netherlands - A 752 MW offshore wind farm being developed by Windpark Fryslân, expected to be operational by 2023.
- Baltic Sea, Germany - A 1.2 GW offshore wind farm being developed by E.ON, expected to be operational by 2025.
