Buhari signs 2019 appropriation bill of n8 92trillion into law

The 2019 Appropriation Bill was actually signed into law by President Muhammadu Buhari on May 25, 2018, not in 2019. The bill was passed by the National Assembly on May 16, 2018, and it was signed into law by the President on May 25, 2018.
