Buhari endorse new minimum wage

I think there may be some confusion here.

As of my knowledge cutoff, there hasn't been any official announcement or endorsement from President Muhammadu Buhari on a new minimum wage in Nigeria.

However, in October 2018, the Nigerian government announced a new minimum wage of N30,000 (approximately $80 USD) per month, which was a significant increase from the previous minimum wage of N18,000 (approximately $50 USD) per month.

The new minimum wage was approved by the National Assembly and signed into law by President Buhari in April 2019. The implementation of the new minimum wage began in April 2020.

So, to clarify, there hasn't been a new endorsement from President Buhari on a new minimum wage, but rather the implementation of the previously approved minimum wage of N30,000 per month.
