Buhari approves 13 new heads federal government agencies

According to reports, President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of 13 new heads for federal government agencies. This decision was made after a thorough screening process by the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC).
The newly appointed heads of agencies are:
- Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan - Head of the Civil Service of the Federation
- Dr. Umar Bindir - Director-General, National Agency for Science and Technology (NAST)
- Dr. Abba Isa Tijani - Director-General, National Commission for Museums and Monuments (NCMM)
- Dr. Abubakar Mohammed - Director-General, National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC)
- Dr. Nasir Isa Kura - Director-General, National Institute for Pharmaceutical Research and Development (NIPRD)
- Dr. Aisha Abubakar - Director-General, National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP)
- Dr. Muhammad Sani Datti - Director-General, National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA)
- Dr. Nasiru Umar - Director-General, National Centre for Genetic Resources and Biotechnology (NACGRAB)
- Dr. Abiodun Oyeleke - Director-General, National Institute for Agricultural Research (NIAR)
- Dr. Abubakar Sadiq - Director-General, National Centre for Research and Development (NCRD)
- Dr. Aisha Muhammad - Director-General, National Agency for the Control of Smallpox and Other Vaccine-Preventable Diseases (NACSVPD)
- Dr. Muhammad Sani - Director-General, National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR)
- Dr. Abubakar Sadiq - Director-General, National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC)
